About the event
Brian Poindexter is running for Ohio's CD-7 because he's a union ironworker who knows what it costs to raise a family in this economy. He'll fight to bring those costs down, expand healthcare, and make sure working people have real power on the job.
Annette is running for Ohio State Auditor because she's got firsthand proof of turning a city from crisis to one of the best partners in the state. She'll fight to make cities safe and affordable, tackle state corruption that's raising costs, and safeguard our tax dollars from bad actors.
The Working Families Party stands with candidates who are done waiting for the working class of this country to get its fair share. This Labor Day Weekend, we are knocking doors for our local pro-labor candidates. We'll be knocking doors in Solon on Saturday, September 5th, launching at 1 PM from the Cuyahoga County Library - Solon Branch.
No experience is needed, and training will be provided. Bring a fully charged phone, your favorite shoes, and a friend!
